Cariloop Ranks on the Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest List for Second Consecutive Year at No. 43

The Cariloop Team | February 28, 2023

Inc. magazine today revealed that Cariloop is No. 43 on its fourth annual Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies based in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Southwest region economy’s most dynamic segment–its independent small businesses.

“I am beyond impressed by the level of collaboration, innovation and passion our team members put towards our mission of ensuring no one goes through caregiving alone,” said Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop. “It’s such an honor to work together every day towards reaching and supporting as many caregivers, parents and their families as possible. This recognition is a strong testament to our team’s remarkable accomplishments over the last few years, and I am certainly excited to see us continue on this trajectory for many years to come.”

Cariloop helps families manage their loved ones’ care needs by connecting them to an employer-sponsored Caregiver Support Platform®. The company’s commitment to reducing stress and burnout for caregivers, while helping employers drive increased employee productivity and reduced absenteeism, was further demonstrated by expanding its service offering to include educational support and launching new partnerships last year, including joining Virgin Pulse’s ecosystem. As a result of these initiatives as well as the team’s dedication to providing high-quality care and support, Cariloop experienced a two-year revenue growth of 376 percent.

The companies on this list show a remarkable rate of growth across all industries in the Southwest region. Between 2019 and 2021, these 166 private companies had an average growth rate of 557 percent and, in 2021 alone, they added more than 16,000 jobs and nearly $5.5 billion to the Southwest region’s economy.

This is the second consecutive year Cariloop has appeared on the Inc. 5000 Regionals List, debuting at No. 26 last year, as well as ranking on the 2022 Inc. 5000 List at No. 646. More about Inc. and the Inc. 5000 Regionals

Methodology

The 2023 Inc. 5000 Regionals are ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2019 and 2021. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2019. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2021. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2019 is $100,000; the minimum for 2021 is $1 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
