Cariloop Debuts on Inc. Magazine’s List of the Southwest Region’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies at No. 26

The Cariloop Team | March 15, 2022

Companies on the 2022 Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest list had an average annual revenue growth rate of 154% percent

Inc. magazine today revealed that Cariloop is No. 26 on its third annual Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies based in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Southwest region economy’s most dynamic segment–its independent small businesses.

“We are incredibly thankful for the growth we’ve experienced over the past few years and for the surging number of companies who are recognizing the need for caregiver support within their workforces,” said Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop. “I’m just so proud of this team for all they’ve done to support caregivers, families and one another these last few years. To be recognized on this list alongside some of these truly outstanding companies is such an honor.”

Cariloop provides a human-powered Caregiver Support Platform® to help working caregivers and families plan for and manage the care of their loved ones by pairing them with a dedicated, experienced Care Coach who guides families through their many caregiving-related decisions. While the need to support caregivers existed prior to the pandemic, COVID-19 shined a light on the massive need and escalated the demand for employers to support their many employees in their caregiving challenges. As a result, Cariloop experienced a two-year revenue growth of 415 percent and a 200 percent increase in total employees.

“This year’s Inc. 5000 Regional winners represent one of the most exceptional and exciting lists of America’s off-the-charts growth companies. They’re disrupters and job creators, and all delivered an outsize impact on the economy,” said Scott Omelianuk, editor in chief of Inc. “Remember their names and follow their lead. These are the companies you’ll be hearing about for years to come.”

The companies on this list show a remarkable rate of growth across all industries in the Southwest region. Between 2018 and 2020, these 141 private companies had an average growth rate of 154% percent and, in 2020 alone, they added 10,563 jobs and nearly $10.9 billion to the Southwest region’s economy.

More about Inc. and the Inc. 5000 Regionals

Methodology

The 2022 Inc. 5000 Regionals are ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2018 and 2020. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2018. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2019. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2018 is $100,000; the minimum for 2020 is $1 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
