As Vice President of Coaching Services, Breanna oversees the Care Team and service delivery at Cariloop. With over 15 years of clinical and leadership experience, Breanna has dedicated her career to enhancing the quality of service and operational efficiency for patients and their families through the individuals and teams delivering the care and support they need. Her commitment to excellence is evident in her ability to lead teams toward empowering patients, their families, and care providers in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while implementing strategies that streamline processes and elevate the overall healthcare experience. Through her leadership, she has fostered environments where care teams are empowered to collaborate effectively, innovate in their practices, and consistently deliver the highest quality of service. Motivated by her passion and dedication to making an impact, she joined the Cariloop team in 2019, holding various leadership positions within the organization and contributing to the continued effort of bringing our vision of setting the global standard for the way we support caregivers, families, and each other to life.
Breanna is a Nurse and Certified Healthcare Life Coach. Throughout her career, she has worked in various settings including primary care pediatrics, managed care, and long-term/skilled nursing facilities. Her diverse experience enables her to influence policy development, care coordination strategies, and educational initiatives for how we support caregivers, empowering them to make informed decisions along their caregiving journey. She resides in Ohio with her husband and four young boys, where her personal experiences as a caregiver for her own family continue to deepen her understanding and empathy for those she serves professionally. This insight fuels her dedication to improving caregiving practices and supporting families through their unique challenges with compassion and expertise.
