Chelsey came to Cariloop with an extensive background in human resources, specializing in strategic transformations, creating high-impact teams, and driving employee engagement and development. At the core of her leadership is an unwavering commitment to serving employees with the same unbiased, inclusive, and empathetic way Cariloop strives to serve caregivers.
Chelsey lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, son, and Irishdoodle, Teddy. She grew up on a ranch in West Texas and enjoys riding horses, working cattle, and snow skiing with her family in Colorado during the winter months.
