Tricia Fringer was elected to Cariloop’s Board of Directors in August 2024 as an Independent Director. Fringer will provide strategic guidance and counsel as the company looks to continue its growth trajectory in the employee benefits space and accelerate its expansion into new markets. She will also work closely with the Board and executive team in identifying areas for improved operational efficiency, product innovation and corporate development opportunities.
She currently is the President of Anthem National Accounts and CarelonRx Integrated Business for Elevance Health, where she is responsible for propelling revenue growth, driving product innovation, and solidifying strategic customer partnerships for large, multi-site national employers. Fringer has broad healthcare industry experience with previous executive leadership roles at Coventry Health Care, OmniSYS, Express Scripts and OptumRx.
She graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration. She also completed the CEO Perspectives Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Fringer is a former board member of the Young Men’s Service League and a former member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
