Expert Spotlight

Meadow Nilles, MSW, OPN-CG
Coach Meadow has served as a medical social worker in memory care, long-term care and hospice care settings. She has also worked as an oncology patient navigator. Meadow’s extensive experience with end-of-life care gives her an important perspective on the mental health challenges caregivers face, including grief and loss.

Simone Olds, LPC
Coach Simone is a Licensed Professional Counselor and regularly supports caregivers with the resources it takes to navigate their emotional well-being. Before her time at Cariloop, Simone provided counseling services to adolescents and adults at a private practice. She also worked in intake and triage services in a university setting.

Melinda Stroda, LCSW
Coach Melinda is a licensed clinical social worker and experienced mental health therapist. Before her time at Cariloop, Melinda primarily worked in children’s hospital settings providing mental health therapy to children and young adults. She has also facilitated trauma-informed care training for elementary school teachers across the nation.
