Inc. magazine today revealed that Cariloop is No. 64 on its annual Inc. 5000 Regionals: Southwest list, the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing Southwest private companies, based in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Southwest economy’s most dynamic segment–its independent small businesses.

“Our focus from the very beginning has been to reach as many caregivers as possible and get them the help they need as they navigate the care of their loved ones. Entering the employee benefits space in 2015 and the momentum we’ve experienced throughout the past few years has been a testament to the team finding creative ways and new avenues to access these caregivers,” said Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop. “We are extremely grateful to the relationships we’ve developed with our customers and channel partners who continue to believe in us and help us further our reach. It is an honor to be recognized on the Inc. 5000 Regionals List again this year and we look forward to continuing to push ourselves to explore how we can ensure no one goes through caregiving alone.”

Cariloop helps families manage their loved ones’ care needs by connecting them to an employer-sponsored Caregiver Support Platform® that combines digital tools to plan and manage care, access to a robust care provider network, and its team of Care Coaches who provide one-to-one guidance. To further its reach to more employer partners and their employees, last year the company expanded into the Canadian market and joined the Quantum Health navigation platform. As a result, Cariloop experienced a two-year revenue growth of 188 percent.

The companies on this list show a remarkable rate of growth across all industries in the Southwest region. Between 2020 and 2022, these 162 private companies had an average growth rate of 135.43 percent; by 2023, they’d also added 17,606 jobs and $14.5 billion to the region’s economy.

“The honorees in our Inc. 5000 network are the Who’s Who of private companies. They’re energizing regional economies as they engineer the future of their industries. Learn who they are and what they do — they’ll be impacting things for a while,” said Eric Hagerman, Special Projects Editor at Inc. Media.

This is the third consecutive year Cariloop has appeared on the Inc. 5000 Regionals List and the second consecutive year it has ranked on the Inc. 5000 List. Complete results of the Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest, including company profiles, can be found at www.inc.com/southwest
