Techweek is thrilled to announce its Techweek100 Dallas 2016, honoring 100 pioneers and trailblazers in the Dallas-Fort Worth tech community. The final selection was made following months of sifting and vetting hundreds of nominations.
Brought to you by BKD, Techweek100 Dallas 2016 is awarded in three categories — Ambassadors, Innovators, and Cultivators — that play a critical part in maintaining Dallas’ position as an innovation center.
Ambassadors are selected based on their impact on the tech community through thought leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship. This year’s Techweek100 Dallas Ambassadors include: business leader and investor Mark Cuban, Texas Instrument’s Ellen Barker, and Neiman Marcus Group’s Karen Katz.
Innovators, both startups and established organizations, are picked for their track record of pushing the envelope of what’s possible in tech innovation. This year’s Innovators include: Groove Jones, CultureMap, and Conversable.
Cultivators are chosen for their support of the local tech ecosystem, which enables business formation and economic vitality. Our Dallas Cultivators include: Common Desk, Dallas Innovation Alliance, and Tech in Motion.
