Cariloop is very proud to announce the promotion of Breanna Boysel to Chief Care Officer, a role that exemplifies her dedication to supporting caregivers and their families.
Boysel’s extensive clinical and leadership experience, combined with her compassionate approach to patient and family care, has established her as a trusted senior leader within Cariloop. Since joining the company in 2019, she has held various individual contributor and leadership roles on the Care Team. Most recently, as Vice President of Services, Boysel oversaw all aspects of service delivery.
In her new role as Chief Care Officer, she will continue to lead the Care Team while working closely with the company’s executive team to advance its mission of expanding the market footprint with employers, PEOs, and insurance carriers. She will also play a pivotal role in influencing the member experience on the platform, ensuring Cariloop’s offerings remain innovative, impactful, and aligned with the needs of its clients and members.
“It’s been an incredible journey working with Breanna over the years and watching her grow into such a vital leader at Cariloop,” said Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop. “Her deep empathy, steadfast determination, and innovative mindset have been instrumental in how we’ve been able to support the many caregivers and their families we serve. Breanna’s leadership inspires us all, and I’m confident her vision will take Cariloop to new heights.”
Boysel has dedicated her career to enhancing the quality of service and operational efficiency for patients and their families through the individuals and teams delivering the care and support they need. As a nurse and Certified Healthcare Life Coach, she has worked in various settings including primary care pediatrics, managed care, and long-term/skilled nursing facilities. Her diverse experience enables her to drive policy development, care coordination strategies, and educational initiatives for how we support caregivers, both through human support and digital guidance, empowering them to make informed decisions along their caregiving journey.
“Stepping into the role of Chief Care Officer is both an honor and a responsibility I hold close to my heart,” Boysel said. “As a healthcare professional and mom, Cariloop’s mission is deeply personal to me as someone who understands the joys and challenges of caregiving. It’s a privilege to work with such a talented team and help shape the future of how we support families around the world. I’m excited for what lies ahead and the impact we can make together.”
Boysel resides in Ohio with her husband and four young boys. Her firsthand experiences as a caregiver for her own family have profoundly shaped her empathetic leadership style and her commitment to ensuring that no caregiver navigates their journey alone.
