At Cariloop, we work every day to embrace and uplift each other through education, empathy, empowerment and our shared mission. Together, we commit to taking personal and corporate responsibility in our roles and responsibilities to support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives that help to create the global standard for the way we support caregivers, families and each other.
As part of our commitment to creating a safe, fair and inclusive work community, we are extremely proud to release our first annual DEI Report, which constructively reflects on our DEI initiatives over the last year.
“We’ve always been transparent with our Loopers about our DEI efforts and have shared our annual report internally for the past several years,” said Elizabeth Keeler, Impact Manager at Cariloop. “However, we wanted to take this transparency a step further and share it publicly so that those who interact with our company—whether that be stakeholders, customers, members or potential future employees—understand the efforts we put in daily to create an inclusive foundation of life at Cariloop.”
Last year, our DEI team divided its DEI mission into two parts:
Internal Mission: To create a safe, fair and inclusive environment where people can be their true, authentic selves.
External Mission: To reduce and remove barriers for caregivers, particularly caregivers who are not provided equitable, fair or inclusive opportunities due to their caregiving status.
