Cariloop, the Caregiver Support company that pairs caregivers and their families with dedicated Care Coaches as they plan for and manage the health and well-being of their loved ones, welcomes Julie Devine as its Chief Growth Officer, where she oversees the company’s brand, marketing, sales and customer success efforts.
“I am absolutely thrilled to welcome Julie to the Cariloop leadership team and to be working side-by-side with her to elevate the work we’re doing to support caregivers, parents and families on the global stage,” said Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop. “Julie brings just an incredible amount of passion, experience and vision to the team. I couldn’t be more excited to see how many more families we can reach under Julie’s leadership.”
Devine is responsible for Cariloop’s growth strategy, ultimately driving customer acquisition, revenue acceleration, retention and sustainable growth for the company, allowing it to reach the broadest set of caregivers possible. With more than 20 years of experience, she joins Cariloop with an extensive background in customer success, partnerships and strategic growth channels, and sales within the employee benefit ecosystem. She has held leadership roles at Summus Global, Alight Solutions, Maxwell Health (acquired by SunLife) and HighRoads (now DirectPath), where she was instrumental in the growth of the business and building high-performing teams.
“When I was first introduced to the team at Cariloop a few years ago, I was instantly impressed with how deeply they cared for the mission to relieve the stress and anxiety felt by caregivers and their families. As a mother and a caregiver myself, I know firsthand how it feels not only to be a caregiver every single day, but to balance managing a team and the demands of a career at the same time,” Devine said. “I am honored and humbled to now join the team in furthering our mission and helping employees who are balancing caregiving responsibilities and getting them the support they so desperately need.”
In addition to her professional career, Devine is also a founding member of Chief, a private network designed to connect and support women in executive leadership across industries. She received a Bachelor of Arts from James Madison University and currently resides in the Boston, Massachusetts area with her family.
