For the Third Consecutive Year, Cariloop Ranks on the 2024 Inc. 5000

The Cariloop Team | August 13, 2024

In recognition of its continued growth and market expansion, Cariloop is proud to be ranked on the 2024 Inc. 5000 for the third consecutive year, coming in at No. 1511.

“These last few years have been all about listening – to our members, to our customers, and to our partners,” said Michael Walsh, CEO and Co-Founder of Cariloop. “Our team has worked so hard to deliver on our mission to support family caregivers and maximize the value and impact we generate for our stakeholders and the communities we serve. This intentionality has driven the strategic decisions we’ve made over the last few years, and ultimately leading to the strong growth we’ve experienced. I am so incredibly proud of our team for continuing our streak and want to congratulate all of the companies recognized on this year’s list.”

In addition to continuing to scale its business across the employee benefits landscape and explore new partnerships to increase access, the Cariloop team has been deeply focused the past year on enhancing its digital features and capabilities available to caregivers, parents, and their families. Seeing just how challenging it’s been for our nation’s parents to find reliable child care as they return to the office, it also partnered with UrbanSitter to provide a paid care provider network. This allows employees to find, book and pay for care through their Cariloop membership, which fills a much-needed backup care and childcare assistance gap, and helps employees maintain their productivity and presenteeism levels at work.

The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. The 2024 class represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital and seemingly intractable hiring challenges.

“One of the greatest joys of my job is going through the Inc. 5000 list,” said Mike Hofman, who recently joined Inc. as editor-in-chief. “To see all of the intriguing and surprising ways that companies are transforming sectors, from healthcare and AI to apparel and pet food, is fascinating for me as a journalist and storyteller. Congratulations to this year’s honorees, as well, for growing their businesses fast despite the economic disruption we all faced over the past three years, from supply chain woes to inflation to changes in the workforce.”

This is the third consecutive year it has ranked on both the Inc. 5000 and the Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest. For more information on Cariloop and how it is balancing its significant growth while remaining mission-focused, visit www.cariloop.com.
