Cariloop, the nation’s leading caregiver support company, is excited to announce the election of Tricia Fringer to the Company’s Board as an Independent Director.

“As we embark on the next decade of growth and adoption in the caregiver support market, I felt it was important that our Board of Directors had an independent, industry-focused perspective to consider as we chart the course for our organization,” said Michael Walsh, CEO and Co-Founder of Cariloop. “Tricia is an incredibly talented, passionate, successful healthcare executive who intimately understands the needs of our customers and how Cariloop can play a critical role in their well-being strategies. I am so honored to be able to work alongside her and to partner with her and our Board to create new pathways for us to maximize stakeholder value.”

As the President of Anthem National Accounts and CarelonRx Integrated Business for Elevance Health (NYSE: ELV), Fringer is responsible for propelling revenue growth, driving product innovation, and solidifying strategic customer partnerships for large, multi-site national employers. She has broad healthcare industry experience with previous executive leadership roles at Coventry Health Care, OmniSYS, Express Scripts and OptumRx.

Fringer will provide strategic guidance and counsel as the company looks to continue its award-winning growth trajectory in the employee benefits space and accelerate its expansion into new markets. She will also work closely with Walsh, the Board, and the executive team in identifying areas for improved operational efficiency, product innovation and corporate development opportunities.

“I am so thrilled to join Cariloop’s Board of Directors and work with Michael and the executive team to pursue this mission,” Fringer said. “The growth and performance that Cariloop has accomplished over the years and the multitude of working parents, caregivers and families who have received support is inspiring. I am eager to offer my assistance and perspective in helping to drive further market expansion for this organization.”

She graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration. She also completed the CEO Perspectives Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Fringer is a former board member of the Young Men’s Service League and a former member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).
