The University of Notre Dame Partners with Cariloop to Offer Family Care Services to All Faculty and Staff

The Cariloop Team | September 4, 2024

Cariloop, the leading comprehensive caregiver support platform, has partnered with the University of Notre Dame (Notre Dame) to offer its hands-on support to the institution’s 6,000 full-time faculty and staff.

“We’re finding that the faculties, administrators, and staff members of our country’s colleges and universities are needing increasing levels of support from their benefit offerings as they balance their personal and professional responsibilities,” said Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop.

“Notre Dame sought a partner who could bolster their well-being program and provide critical guidance and resources for its working caregivers and parents, including those who are navigating difficult family care situations. We are honored to be partnering with the University and eager to support its faculty and staff in the years ahead.”

The population of a university, such as Notre Dame, spans a wide range of individuals who have different work demands, environments, and schedules. Therefore, benefit offerings must have a level of customization and flexibility that can meet the needs of a highly diverse and multi-generation workforce. Cariloop’s expert Care Coaches will be able to provide one-to-one support and can meet these individuals where they are at, including how they’d like to communicate and within the time that works for them.

Cariloop’s platform offers a range of services including personalized care coaching and a variety of digital tools to plan and manage care. By partnering with Cariloop, Notre Dame aims to enhance the well-being of its employees, ultimately fostering a more supportive and inclusive campus community.
